Legal
Terms & Conditions.
The terms that govern access to this website and every inquiry, quote, and order with Stack.
1. Acceptance of these terms
This website is operated by Stack Research LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Stack", "we", "us"). By accessing the site, requesting pricing, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Research Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from Stack.
2. Research use only
All products offered by Stack are research chemicals supplied strictly for in‑vitro laboratory research, analytical, or educational purposes by qualified professionals. Products are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended for use as drugs, food, food additives, cosmetics, household chemicals, or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or veterinary purpose. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. Eligibility, attestation, and verification
To access the catalog, request pricing, or purchase, you must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or a professional purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, university, company, or research institution. Stack sells only within the United States and does not sell to consumers or individuals for personal use. By entering the site and submitting any inquiry, you represent and warrant that these statements are true, that you have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely, and that you will use the products only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Each confirmation is recorded with the time and technical details of the visit and retained as a compliance record. Checking the boxes constitutes your electronic signature and your agreement to these representations. Stack may require documentation of institutional affiliation or other verification before providing a quote or fulfilling an order, and may decline any inquiry or order without explanation.
4. No medical advice
Stack does not provide medical, clinical, dosing, or administration advice of any kind and will not respond to requests for it. Information on this site describes compound identity for research purposes only and is not a recommendation for any use.
5. Pricing, quotes, and orders
Prices are not published on this site. All pricing is provided on request and is subject to change until an order is confirmed. Quotes exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Submitting a request does not place an order. A quote becomes an order only when confirmed in writing by Stack. Stack reserves the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and cancel any order prior to shipment.
6. Shipping
Shipping is arranged directly with each purchaser by email. Stack may decline to ship to any address. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for confirming that the products may be lawfully received at that location.
7. Anti‑diversion and resale
Products may not be resold, transferred, or distributed to any person who is not a qualified researcher. Orders that are inconsistent with laboratory research — in quantity, destination, or ordering pattern — may be refused or cancelled. Stack may report suspected misuse or diversion to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
8. Handling, storage, disposal, and safety data
Research chemicals may be hazardous. You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products in accordance with your institution's safety protocols and applicable law, including appropriate industrial hygiene practices and personal protective equipment. Products must be kept out of reach of children. Safety Data Sheets are available on request.
9. Certificates of analysis
Certificates of analysis are issued by an independent laboratory and describe the specific batch and sample tested, at the time of testing. A certificate is provided with every order and, on request, for a current batch prior to ordering. Stability after shipment depends on storage and handling by the purchaser; Stack does not guarantee results obtained after receipt. Certificates are provided for research documentation purposes only.
10. Suitability and disclaimer of warranties
Stack makes no representation that any product is suitable for any particular research application; the purchaser is solely responsible for determining suitability. Except as expressly stated on a batch certificate of analysis, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the products or this site. Stack's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stack and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misrepresentation of eligibility, or your use, handling, or distribution of any product.
13. Jurisdiction and compliance
You are responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Offers are void where prohibited.
14. Third‑party statements
Stack does not solicit or publish testimonials or reviews. Statements about Stack or its products made on third‑party websites, forums, or social media are not made or endorsed by Stack.
15. Site content
Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes regarding compound identity for research. Stack makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but does not warrant that it is complete or current. Specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.
16. Communications
By submitting a form or emailing us, you consent to receive email from Stack concerning your inquiry. Stack does not send marketing email.
17. Intellectual property
The Stack name, logo, and all site content are the property of Stack Research LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
19. Changes
Stack may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
