What we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.
1. No cookies, no third‑party requests
This site sets no cookies and makes no requests to third‑party services from your browser. Fonts, images, and all other assets are served from our own domain. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics services.
2. What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit a pricing request, certificate request, or other inquiry, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, institution or company, the compounds and quantities you're interested in, your message, and your confirmation of the age and research‑use attestations.
Access confirmation. When you confirm the age and research‑use statements on entering the site, we record that confirmation as a compliance record: the time, the page, your browser type and time zone, and a random record ID. A flag is also stored in your browser's session storage so you are not asked again during that visit; it is deleted when you close your browser. Any inquiry you submit includes the record ID so we can match it to your confirmation.
Technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, approximate location, browser type, and pages requested for security and operational purposes, including to restrict access to visitors located in the United States.
3. How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, verify eligibility, fulfill and support orders, maintain compliance records, and communicate with you about your request. We do not send marketing email. We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and process inquiries (such as our website hosting and form‑processing provider), with carriers to fulfill orders, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Retention
We retain inquiry, attestation, and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our compliance and legal obligations.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us by contacting us at the address below. We will honor requests as required by applicable law.
7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
This site is intended for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
9. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page.
