Who can purchase from Stack?
Qualified researchers and professionals purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, university, company, or research institution. You must be 21 years of age or older. Stack reserves the right to decline any inquiry or order.
Are your products for human use?
No. Every product is supplied strictly for in‑vitro laboratory research. Our products are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How do I get pricing?
Pricing is provided on request. Send us the compounds and quantities you need through the contact page and a member of our team will reply with current pricing and availability.
Do you offer volume or institutional pricing?
Yes. Tell us your expected quantities and institution when you request pricing and we'll quote accordingly.
How does ordering work?
Request pricing, we confirm availability and send your quote, and once you approve it we arrange the order and shipping with you directly by email. The batch certificate of analysis ships with it.
What is a stack?
A single preparation containing more than one compound — for example BPC‑157 with TB‑500. Stack names describe composition only. Custom compositions are available on request.
How do I verify my batch?
Every vial is labeled with its batch number. Match it to the certificate of analysis that ships with your order, or request the certificate for that batch by email at any time.
Do you provide certificates of analysis?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent US laboratory and the certificate ships with your order. You can also request the current certificate for any compound before ordering, from the Lab Testing page.
Do you sell to individuals?
No. Stack does not sell to consumers or individuals for personal use. We supply laboratories, universities, companies, and research institutions.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Stack sells only within the United States. Shipping is arranged with you directly by email once your order is confirmed — tell us your location when you request pricing.
Do you provide dosing or usage information?
No. Stack supplies research compounds only and does not provide — and will not respond to — requests for dosing, administration, or effects. Requests of that kind may result in refusal of service.
Do you provide Safety Data Sheets?
Yes, on request. Ask for the SDS for any compound through the contact page.
How are compounds supplied?
As lyophilized powder in sealed, labeled vials. Proper storage, handling, and disposal are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory, in line with its own safety protocols.
Can you supply a compound that isn't on the site?
Almost always. The compounds on the site are our core catalog, not the limit of what we supply. If a compound is available for laboratory research, tell us the compound and quantity and we'll confirm availability and pricing.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Email us with your batch number and a description of the issue and a member of our team will respond.
